Marylebone High Street Apartment

This two bedroom apartment on Marylebone High Street is in a dream location, but was dated and bland when our clients purchased it. We made the original steel windows and doors more of a feature by painting them black and rejigged the layout to incorporate an open plan kitchen, dining and living area emphasising the wonderful natural daylight. We created a separate primary dressing room and an entrance lobby by adding internal steel doors, then added back Art Deco detailing via the cornicing, skirting, doors & architraves. The lighting, furniture & colours were chosen to emphasise the period of the building and make it an elegant London Pied a Terre for its owners.
